Marco Romagnoli (CNIT) gave a talk about TERABOARD at the “6th Symposium for Optical Interconnect in Data Centers”, which took place at ECOC 2018 on 26th September 2018. The title of the talk is: “TeraBOARD – High density scalable optically interconnected Tb/s Board”. The symposium and a dedicated catering was sponsored by the supporting projects H2020-L3MATRIX, H2020-ICT-STREAMS, H2020-COSMICC, H2020-PASSION, H2020-TERABOARD

Marco Romagnoli (CNIT) was asked for an invited paper for SPIE, published on 30th January 2018 in SPIE Proceedings Vol. 10560: Metro and Data Center Optical Networks and Short-Reach Links. The title of the paper is “High-bandwidth density optically interconnected terabit/s boards” and was presented by Marco Romagnoli at “Photonics West 2018 conference” on Wednesday 31st January 2018

Marco Romagnoli (CNIT) gave a talk about TERABOARD at the “5th Symposium for Optical Interconnect in Data Centers”, which took place at ECOC 2017 on 19th September 2017. The symposium focused on technologies for high-performance, low-energy and low cost optical interconnects spanning the different hierarchy levels of modern and future data center environments

ECOC 2017 started with a “Special ECOC 2017 Symposium” in Denmark at DTU, on September 14th-15th 2017, just prior to the main event in Gothenburg. Marco Romagnoli (CNIT) was invited to participate to this special symposium with a talk entitled: “TERABOARD: bandwidth scalable onboard optical interconnection”. The Special ECOC 2017 Symposium addressed major ECOC-related research efforts worldwide, including funding opportunities.
